Missing Bluetooth Peripheral Device

Hi Guys,

I downgraded my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and the bluetooth driver is just completely messed up.  I'm unable to pair my phone with the laptop (used to work well on Windows 10), can't share internet from the phone using bluetooth, can't connect to my bluetooth headphones...I mean, I don't know how to solve any of these.

Can you help?

Ps: I downgraded from Windows 10 because it used to take quite a lot of time booting up. The disk activity on the resource monitor was always at 100%  for more than 30minutes after bootup.

UPDATE 1:

I installed the HP 3D DriveGuard Driver (sp63786) and the Unknown Device is gone. The rest remain.

Did you install the Intel 7260 Bluetooth driver?

This package contains the driver installation package for the Intel Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating systems.

Going from Win 10 to Win 7 is most definitely NOT a downgrade!

Did MS offer you money to run that 'test software?
