Hello,
I cleaned installed windows 10 on a new 15-eg0xxx laptop. However, the system is completely unusable without any of the drivers working from the downloads section of the website.
the following drivers do not work:
WLAN network controller
Bluetooth controller
Graphics drivers
I was able to get the mouse to work after several hours, but that’s not the main issue. I was also able to get the pci communications controller to install but that still doesn’t let me install the previous drivers. Is there a clear list of installing drivers for this? Otherwise I will be returning this useless and bloated laptop.
sincerely,
Javier

You're very welcome.
Here are the links to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers you need for the Mediatek wifi6 card...

The specs for your notebook indicate that it has the Intel® Iris® Xᵉ Graphics adapter.

This should be the driver you need for that model GPU:

You were on the right support page.
The problem is HP is missing all but the graphics and Bluetooth drivers you were looking for.
I recommend that you install the HP support assistant software which is supposed to automatically find the drivers needed for your notebook and you can install them that way.

You can uninstall it after it does its thing if you don't want unnecessary software installed on your PC.
Windows Update will probably install updated drivers too.

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller listed in the device manager so I can figure out what driver you need for it.
That way at least you will be able to connect to the internet.

Hello,
These are the hardware ids for the components I can't install.
Network Controller IDs

PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&SUBSYS_46821A3B
PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&CC_0280
Bluetooth Controller IDs
USB\VID_13D3&PID_3567&REV_0100&MI_00
USB\VID_13D3&PID_3567&MI_00
Missing PCI Drivers
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_87CB103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_87CB103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&CC_FF00
Also, the model and product numbers are
15-eg0025nr
4X57IUA#ABA
respectively. This is, however, what pops up when I search for the drivers using the serial number.
