Hello,
I downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7 64bit, and all of my drivers installed correctly except 2. I have tried so many things, searching windows update for the drivers, dowloading driver packs online, but they all fail. Is there a specific one that will work?
Note: I fixed the AMD High Definition Audio one by just browsing my computer for drivers and selected High Definition Audio Device, so that one is no longer faulty.

Hello,
The second one (sp71869) for the Realtek Card Reader Driver fixed the PCI Device Driver.
The first one (sp71868) for the Realtek Netowork LAN Driver did not work and gave the following errors during install like last time I tried (see screenshots below)
