I am having a heck of a time trying to get this computer going.  So far I have done 2 factory resets and still no Wifi.  According to the Support Engineer using the serial number my model is supposed to have Wifi, but if I have it does not work.  Unless the card is mounted in the MB I do not see anything in the back that looks like I have one.  This computer has been n othing but trouble since I bought it about 3 months ago.

According to a computer test I did there is no Wireless module or it is not installed.  IRQ and ROM show as cancelled.

I also have 2 users listed when I power on.  Those are just a few of the problems I have.

What model Wifi card should I buy if I do not have one.

Thank you for any help and suggestions forthcoming.

Can you see Wifi card in Device Manager (Network adapters) ?  If not, please use card on page 103 of the following document

Many thanks for the solution you offered.  Could I bother you with another question.  I am not familiar with Networking cards.  I want to buy one, which one would you suggest?

Thanks,

If you are missing the wifi and you have reset the settings still it is not working then probably the driver is not working properly, reinstall the updated version of the driver which support your printer. you can also download the drivers from Epson tech support  where you will get the actual drivers of your printer.
