HP EliteBook 850 G6 Notebook PC

I have a new (refurbished) 850 G6 and I can't get it to recognize that I have a wifi adapter. Wired networking is working fine. There were no "Other" or "unknown" devices showing in device manager. Only the wired adapter was showing up in Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings and in the Settings App > Network & Internet > Advanced.

I installed the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool (both UEFI and Windows). The UEFI one did not have a components test. The Windows version had a components test, but only had the wired adapter listed.

There are 5 different WLAN/WWAN adapter drivers listed on HP's drivers site for my model. I installed each one-by-one, rebooting after each install and checking for a wireless adapter. None of them worked.

Is there anything else I can check here, or do I have a bad wireless adapter?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to go into the BIOS and see if there is a setting to enable/disable the Wi-Fi adapter.
