Mobile Netwok drivers

I have an HP folio 9474 and i want to use sim card. How can i get the mobile network drivers?

Hi:

In addition to a SIM card, your notebook also has to have the optional and expensive WWAN networking adapter, which 90% of the 9470's don't have.

In order for the SIM card to work, you need to see one of these mobile broadband (WWAN) adapters listed under the Network adapters device manager category...

HP hs2350 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
HP un2430 EV-DO/HSPA Mobile Broadband Module
HP lt2522 LTE/EV-DO Mobile Broadband Module- U.S. only
HP lt2523 LTE/HSPA+Mobile Broadband Module- U.S. only

how can i know if my Hp Folio has WWAN networking adapter

You're very welcome.

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the network adapters device manager category.

Under that category you will see an ethernet adapter and a wireless network adapter listed there.

If your notebook has a WWAN adapter, in addition to the above two devices, you will also see one of these model WWAN adapters listed there...
