Hi @Iftakharulsakib,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to create a mobile hotspot on your HP Pavilion running Windows 11 using an Ethernet connection, you'll need to follow these steps:
Check Ethernet Connection: Ensure that your laptop is connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable. The Ethernet connection should be active and provide internet access to your laptop.
Access Network Settings:
- Click on the Start button (Windows icon) in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Select the "Settings" gear icon. Alternatively, you can press the Windows key + i to directly open Settings.
Navigate to Network & Internet Settings:
- In the Settings window, click on "Network & Internet" from the options.
Mobile Hotspot Settings:
- In the Network & Internet settings, find and click on "Mobile hotspot" from the left-hand menu.
Configure Mobile Hotspot:
- Under the Mobile hotspot settings, you should see options to set up your hotspot.
- If your laptop supports sharing the internet connection from Ethernet, you should see an option to share the connection from Ethernet.
- Toggle the switch to turn on the Mobile hotspot.
Customize Hotspot Settings (Optional):
- You can customize your hotspot settings by clicking on "Edit" under the network name and password to change them if needed.
Connect Other Devices:
- Once your mobile hotspot is active, you can connect other devices like smartphones, tablets, or other computers to your laptop's hotspot network using the provided network name (SSID) and password.
Connectivity Troubleshooting:
- If you encounter any issues, ensure that your Ethernet connection is stable and active. You may also want to restart your laptop and try enabling the mobile hotspot again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
