j'ai un pc HP Probook 6470b et j'ai le système d'exploitation Windows 10 !

voici mon problème, j'ai acheté mon pc il n'y a pas longtemps de cela et il y avait plusieurs mises a jour à faire, donc j'ai fais tous les mises à jour et après ca je remarque que je n'ai plus de Bluetooth ou du moins il a disparu! Remarque: j'utilisais bien le Bluetooth avant la mise à jour de Windows. Lorsque je me rend dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, à la place du périphérique du Bluetooth je vois "autre périphérique---périphérique inconnu".

Aidez moi SVP !

Good evening !

I have an HP Probook 6470b pc and I have the Windows 10 operating system!

here is my problem, I bought my pc not long ago and there were several updates to do, so I did all the updates and after that I noticed that I didn't no more Bluetooth or at least it's gone! Note: I was using Bluetooth fine before the Windows update. When I go to the device manager, instead of the Bluetooth device, I see "other device---unknown device".

Help me please !
