Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My notebook is borrowed by someone and I want to monitor the activity. Is it possible to monitor the activity of my notebook with Microsoft account?

I am sorry to say this, there is no such option to Monitor your Notebook activity. However, you may check event viewer for some information(but it may not help).

Big corporate companies have the option to track their PC's activity over network where they install screen monitoring tools.
