Product: HP 15-ac163nr Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lost connection to internet, although 2 other laptops on premises still had access. Troubleshooting message suggested connecting laptop to router with Ethernet cable. This impedes use of laptop as portable unit. Msg. implies that Realtek RTL8723BE802.11 Wi-Fi adapter is experiencing problems. Is this fixable ? How ?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions, and restart the PC.
