Hi, I have recently bought a HP 15.6 laptop and cannot connect it to my Arzopa monitor. I know there is not a problem with the monitor as it connects perfectly with my work HP laptop. I also don't think it's a cable issue as when I plug in, the Arzopa screen comes on initially then comes up with a 'no signal' and then 'go to power saving' message. So it seems like it may be a compatability issue which is a real pain if so as this will be my primary laptop going forward as leaving my job. Any tips or ideas on this welcomed - I have tried YouTube but I'm really not at all techy so no joy there!

What is your Arzopa monitor ? How do you connect them ? The specs of your HP computer is
https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_7412013-7412050-16
It has following ports:
(2) USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-A ports; 5 Gbps signaling rate
(1) USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported)
(1) Headphone/microphone combo port
(1) HDMI v1.4b output port
(1) AC Smart pin adapter plug
You can ONLY connect it to a monitor using HDMI port. The USB-C port is hopeless.
Regards.

Thanks very much for your response! The Arzopa model just says Slide 1. It came with a HDMI/mini HDMI cable but that does not work either with this laptop or my work one. I am getting power and the initial messaging with the USB C cable but then it goes blank. Maybe I need to be asking a different question which is which portable monitors are compatible with this laptop? Thoughts welcomed!

I can't find any HDMI (alone) portable monitor. In your case now, you need power for your monitor. Please plug power to you monitor and try again. Definitely you can NOT use USB-C port.
Regards.
