Microsoft Windows 11

The product is an HP laptop 15, for home use. Processor AMD Ryzen, 8G total memory. It has never consistently stayed online, since its purchase in Dec. '24. Modem and Router were first moved, then changed out (even though no other electronic devices had the same difficulty). HP's support website suggested downloading new adapters, which I have, without solving the problem. AI suggested it could be a "Power Management",  that I could manage through the network adapter, by toggling to a" Max Performance", from any less than 'Efficiency" setting. The efficiency setting could be telling the laptop to drop the WiFi Network connection during certain circumstances, though it should not. I was not able to find any such Power Management controls.   Any ideas??

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?
