HP Pavilion Touch Screen

My Laptop is not connecting to the internet. I know I have internet connection as I have another  laptop that is connected and I'm on right now. When I click on the icon, it says "No internet access connection avaiable."

Hi@Monimark,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues with the HP Pavilion Touch Screen.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • This issue can usually appear on laptops, and in most cases the problem is caused by outdated drivers. Simply reinstall or update your drivers and the issue should be resolved.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • To Resolve wireless connectivity or internet issues if your Wi-Fi stops working as expected please click this link

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
