My Laptop is not connecting to the internet. I know I have internet connection as I have another laptop that is connected and I'm on right now. When I click on the icon, it says "No internet access connection avaiable."

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues with the HP Pavilion Touch Screen.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- This issue can usually appear on laptops, and in most cases the problem is caused by outdated drivers. Simply reinstall or update your drivers and the issue should be resolved.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
