My HP laptop has Realtek 802.11 bgn wifi adapter which connects to 2.4Ghz wifi connection, How I can upgrade it to able to connect to 5Ghz

Hi:
I believe that there is only one wifi antenna cable connected to the Realtek wifi card in there now.
If you want to open up the notebook and confirm this, let me know, because if it has two antenna wires connected to the card, I would suggest a different model.
Going on the assumption that the notebook has one antenna wire, you can upgrade to this model AC card with bluetooth.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. I see an Intel cards listed at the top of the eBay listings, so don't buy those.
