Hello, my PCiE card keeps disconnecting from the wifi. I tried all solutions and its no use. I cant do a task without losing what I have done. I called the hp customer service centre but they are not helpful just wasted my time. I am really frustrated and have a used hp 90% of the time this is the first time this is happening. This has left a really sour taste in my mouth. I hope one of you can help. I just bought this laptop about a year ago this has been happening since day one and no one is helpful.

Hi:
Unfortunately there are many posts on this forum regarding that model wifi card and its troubles.
I have no idea why HP continues to use this model wifi card and also the RTL8821CE. Nothing but issues.
The only suggestion I can offer, if you have not done so already, would be to update the Wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions that HP has...
