Hello, briefly explaining:
- I updated drivers last week, they are fully updated.
- I am having issues with connecting to the internet through WiFi! It is not stable, I lost connection often. (Whereas my smartphone keeps connected steadily.)
- I am having this problem for connecting to a public WiFi and to my smartphone's mobile data (Mobile Tethering.)
- It was perfectly fine until last week.
- When I turn on & off the WiFi it connects to the internet pretty quick. If I just wait for it to correct the connection itself, it takes minimum a minute to reconnect again.
- Other people that are connected to the same public WiFi are perfectly fine!
What should I do? Do you think downgrading the version of my drivers would be a solution? If yes, how?
**Note: I bought the laptop outside of the EU, and now I reside in the EU. Can I contact and benefit from the EU product services? The warranty of my PC is still valid.**

Hi @berhanov,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
Guest or public networks (such as networks found in apartments, coffee shops, schools, or hotels) have additional security features that can prevent connection.
To print, directly connect your computer or mobile device to your printer with Wi-Fi Direct.
If this does not help, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.
Keep me posted for further assistance
