Recently I have been unable to connect to my wifi on my notebook. All of my other devices are connected and working great on the wifi network.  The network I use is not even showing up in my available wifi networks. Please advise

I cannot connect to WiFi. The button is off a no matter what I try it will not turn on. I am presently connected with ethernet cable.

Hi, please update the bios and wireless network drivers I.e Realtek Wlan drivers and restart the laptop.

You can download the drivers by visiting hp software and drivers website and you need to enter your laptop serial number. Please find the website link.
