My WiFi option has disappeared. This is not the first time. Usually when it happens all I had to do was restart my computer and it will appear back again. But the situation is different now. I've restarted my pc. I've reset my network. I've tried Unchecking "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power". But nothing worked. What do I do pls?

Could you elaborate more on the issue?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
