Microsoft Windows 11

For about 2 months now, my wifi and bluetooth seems to have disappeared from my laptop. Both devices have disappeared from the device manager. I have tried rebooting, reseting, installing the missing drivers and using external devices but none seems to work so far. The laptop model: 15-dq2071cl. Please any help?
