My Bluetooth is not showing up on my notebook. Can it be reinstalled? My mouse doesn't work, of course. Thanks in advance.

Hi:
The product specs for your notebook indicate that it does not have Bluetooth networking capability. Wi-Fi only.
HP Notebook - 15-f387wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
The parts list indicates that your notebook comes with the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter
As you can see from the specs on that model card, it is a single chip Wi-Fi card only.
The RTL8723BE Wi-Fi adapter was the one that is both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth:
Most Bluetooth mouse devices come with a separate USB Bluetooth receiver that the mouse uses to work.

Hello Paul: Thank you for responding to my request out of your already hectic schedule. I've been scratching my head and searching my brain (I have so little to spare) all day. HP support did provide me with a driver, SP73250, which I installed, but to no avail, as it wouldn't show up in the Device Manager. Guess I got duped by HP. Thanks again. Do your best to enjoy your weekend. Be safe. Be careful. Stay healthy.
