Hi guys, got this problem where my Beats Solo3 are connected in bluetooth yet they don't show on sound control panel, I'm running Windows 10 pro 20h2.

Everything else is working just fine but I tried everything for this bluetooth problem, reinstalled the bluetooth drivers and the wireless adapters, nothing helped, put the bluetooth support service on automatic and paired and repaired 100 times. Got the latest conexant Hd driver and I rolled back to the 2017 one and still didn't work. pic 1 .jpgpic 2.jpg

That means your machine does not know what it is. You have install its driver for your headset first. After that you can see something similar my device

Hey there Mr. BH thanks for the help, Windows sets up the driver correctly when it pairs and it's found in the Hardware yet it's not recognizing as an audio device pic 3.jpg
