My chromebook is having wifi issues

My Chromebook has been having wifi issues. I checked my wifi and that my wifi was turned on. I also tried to powerwash my Chromebook but now I cant get any of my apps to download because it's "waiting for wifi" even though it's connected to the wifi. I don't know what to do.

please do the following steps

1. clear the catch & temp folder

2. check lan Cable & update the hardware drivers

3. turnoff the energy efficient system in adapter by advance section

4. check the internet speed yo can refer to fast.com, speedtest.net, nettest.in
