You're very welcome.

The Ralink RT5390R 802.11bgn Wifi Adapter is a wifi adapter only, not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

Your notebook does not have built in Bluetooth.

You have two options...

1. Replace the internal Ralink wifi adapter with this model...

Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235   HP part # 670292-001.

If you decide to do that, you must buy a wifi adapter that has that exact part number on it or it will not work.

The best place to find such a card would be on eBay.  Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi adapter.

Try and find a listing that shows an actual picture of the adapter for sale with the HP part number showing on the label.

2.  Your other option would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Hi:

Not all 4340s notebooks came with built in Bluetooth networking.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

Some wifi adapters are wifi only and some are combination wifi/Bluetooth adapters.
