So, I bought a pair of ONN wireless Bluetooth headphones a few days ago.I charged them and tried to connect them to my HP laptop but,they wont connect.Although they will connect to my Iphone.I have tried turning them off then back off,then looking in my settings under bluetooth.It is still telling me that that is isnt detected.So what do i do to get them to connect?(Sorry the pic is bad)These are the Headphones.These are the Headphones.

as recommendation, you need to keep the power on button per few seconds until light start to blinking, it make reference to do visible your headphones to another devices
