Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Hi my laptop seems to boot up recognising my password, but really slowly then on the Windows screen no icons load and the screen freezes with no keyboard or touchscreen functionalities. I performed hard reset but still boots up in the same manner?? Can anyone assist?

Tap away F2 or ESC key as soon as you power on laptop, go to System Diagnostics - perform extensive hard drive and memory tests.
