@Utkarshumang, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP Laptop 15s-eq2143AU to a smartphone via Bluetooth. Let's walk through some steps to resolve this issue.

Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled

  • Press Windows + A to open the Action Center.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned On.
  • Alternatively, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and toggle Bluetooth on.

Make Your Smartphone Discoverable

  • On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and ensure it's visible/discoverable.
  • Keep the Bluetooth settings screen open during pairing.

Remove and Re-Pair Devices

  • On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • If your phone is listed, click it and select Remove device.
  • Then click Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth, and select your phone from the list.

Check Device Manager

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Expand Bluetooth and ensure there are no warning icons.
  • Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver > Search automatically.

Restart Both Devices

  • Restart your laptop and smartphone.
  • Try pairing again after both devices are fully restarted.

Minimize Interference

  • Ensure you're within 10 meters (33 feet) of your phone.
  • Avoid interference from other wireless devices like routers, microwaves, etc.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
