I bought this laptop two years ago and I have not had any internet errors with it. Yesterday morning it was working perfectly fine, but then in the afternoon there was no internet at all. I was able to connect to the wifi wireless router and any hotspot in vain, it had no internet.

Update!
After a long wait, the internet loaded, but when I opened some webpage, it gave me this:
Internet access has been blocked by the system
The connection may have been blocked by a firewall or anti-virus software.
I have 2 antivirus on my computer. Kaspersky and Avast. I just deleted Kaspersky to see if there would be any change, but nothing happened. And with Avast there was nothing to block my router.
