Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

My pc can not connect on internet. I see the wi-fi available but when I try to connect it doesn't work. The system tells me I am connected but actually I am not. To solve the system I ripristinated Windows at a previous state but everytime I have to upgrade the system the problem seems to happen again. Can you please help me?

I have exactly the same problem with open access wifi like the one at the airport. After being connected, I should be able to go to the login page, but with my computer I cannot. 

 

My laptop is HP ENVY x360 15,6 2-i-1-dator 15-ey0000 (54J84AV)
