Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc does not see a wifi connection. Bluetooth is also not running, not is wifi working, nothing of the network is working

According to the specs your notebook has a build in "Realtek 802.11b/g/n/a/ac (2x2) and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo". On some HP notebooks Bluetooth and WiFi can be disabled in the BIOS. Did you checked if you can re-enable that?

I have enable on wifi in the bios to no avail

if its enabled now you might need the required drivers. Install the HP Support assistant from here and let it install all needed drivers.
