Not all computers support a pen - and those that do support a pen do not all support the same pen type.
Check the Service Guide for your computer.
If your devices supports any pen at all, there will likely be a listing for at least one pen in the service manual.
Method – Search for Stylus / Pen in your Service Guide
- Open the Support Home for your Computer
- Open Category Manuals
- Search for and open the Service Guide for your computer
- Search the guide for “Pen ”

What is your hp envy x360 (2021) ? I believe HP has hundreds of models/products called hp envy x360 (2021) around. Without your information, sorry I can't say anything.

OK - this is the series, at least, though it is not the exact model in the series.
HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV)
Select your Product Number or exact model
Category Product Information > Topic Product Specifications
The information I have found for the product series is located in the Service Guide
Sunwoda active pen stylus in natural silver finish 910942-001
Zenvo pen in natural silver finish (includes cable) L95614-001
The original answer holds true -
If the particular machine supports a pen,
If that pen is compatible with the HP Pen Control Application,
The pen might work with your Windows OS.
