Hi @FLINTLOCK3,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP 6020 printer is not printing an internal test page, but it appears to be connected to your wifi network, there are a few things you can try.
- Check the printer's connection to the wifi network: Make sure the printer is properly connected to the wifi network. Check if the wifi signal strength is strong enough and that the printer is connected to the same wifi network as your computer.
- Restart the printer: Try restarting the printer to see if it resolves the issue. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source, wait for a few seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on again.
- Check the printer settings: Check the printer settings on your computer to ensure that it is set up correctly. Go to the Control Panel on your computer and select Devices and Printers. Find your printer and right-click on it, then select Printer Properties. Make sure that the printer is set as the default printer, and that it is not set to offline mode.
- Update the printer drivers: Check if there are any updates available for the printer drivers. Go to the HP website and search for the latest drivers for your printer. Download and install the latest driver updates, then restart your computer and try printing again.
- Reset the printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting the printer to its factory settings. Find the reset button on the back of the printer and hold it down for a few seconds until the printer restarts. This will erase all settings and return the printer to its default settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
