I opened my laptop and all of a sudden it said I was no longer connected to the internet. Mind you, about 20 minutes before that I was able to and working perfectly fine.
I have reset my router, shut down and restarted my computer, and there is still no option to even find my wifi network to even connect to. Please help.

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Laptop.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM after downloading it on to a USB.
- Reinstall the Wi-Fi drivers on the PC from device manager.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing a System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
- If issue still persist then do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Update network adapter drivers through Device Manager
Installing the latest wireless LAN adapter driver can resolve common issues with the wireless Internet connection. Use Device Manager to find the latest WLAN driver.
- In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
- Double-click Network adapters, right-click the name of the Wireless Adapter, then select Update Driver Software.
- Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
- If an updated driver is found, follow the instructions to install it.
Try connecting to the Internet again. If there is still a problem continue to the next step.
Go to Device manager > select the WIFI drivers under network adapter> Right click go to properties > Under properties go to Power Management Tab> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Update the BIOS (notebook PCs): Follow the steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_3894564-1633733-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Not sure on what basis HP support guys are posting such solutions??
If I am not aboe to conenct to internet how come I can update the drivers?
Also the second solution which you provided.
Go to Device manager > select the WIFI drivers under network adapter> Right click go to properties > Under properties go to Power Management Tab> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
I am not able to see power management tab in Network Adapter properties. I bought this laptop a month back and now its trash for me.
Pathetic support services by HP...

- You can try doing System Restore on the PC if it had worked a few days ago.

@dilip_18 please find my inline comments for the solutions provided by you.
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM after downloading it onto a USB drive from another PC if available. Then run the downloaded file on the Notebook. - [Mahen] Already done and it has not fixed the problem.
- You can try doing System Restore on the PC if it had worked a few days ago. [Mahen] Done not fixed the problem.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works. [Mehen] : This is to reset the Laptop and fixes all problem as its reconfiguring Laptop as new. But is this the solution you guys are giving?? Ethernet adapter issue is coming every alternate 1-2 days after getting fixed and you are suggesting to reset the Laptop every 1-2 days when I get this problem?? Team I am also IT guy so stop fooling me and give me permanent fix. Formatting and resetting laptop everyday to fix this stupid problem is not solution. Send somebody to pick this faulty product from my home and provide me good working Laptop, its just 35 days till date for this new Laptop and I had to reset Laptop 19 times to fix it till date. Looks like I have wasted my 63K my hard earned money for this scrap product of HP.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If the issue still persist then test the network card using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to rule out other hardware issues
- Start or restart the computer.
- Press F2 repeatedly during start up to enter the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility.
- Select Component Tests > Wi-Fi test.
- Click Run Once.
Once the test completes, results are displayed on the screen.
If the test passed, continue to restore a computer back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.
Have a great day!

Dear HP Technical Team,
The steps which you are asking me to perform has been already done at my level, so let me explain you again. At BIOS level test which you have asked me to do in component section its showing successful with no issues.
The problem lies at the Hardware level on windows, as this model is using MediaTek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 802. 11ax PCIe Adapter. So every alternate days it gives me error that ethernet adapter is not available and during that time Wi-Fi doesn't work and driver for this hardware getting deleted automatically when I see in device manager.
In order to fix it I tried all possible solution(1. By installing driver manually, 2. Reset network setting, 3. Deleting and updating driver, 4. Restoring all drivers by their party tools) and only solution is to rest the Laptop back to its factory settings by using recovery pen drive which takes an hour every time. So in short I am getting this problem every alternate days and resetting the Laptop every time which is really not a solution for this issue which you guys have suggested multiple time i.e. to reset the Laptop.
Hope I have explain the issue properly this time and looking for some wise fix or replacement of this Laptop. I bought this on 31st December 2021 and its just 1.5 months and its scrap for me as I am not able to use internet.
