My wifi isnt working for my laptop

My wifi on my laptop isnt working, the icon at the bottom right is gone, if I go to settings and then go to network/wifi, it also doesnt work. I tried to do control, alt, and delete, and when I clicked on the wifi thing there it just pulled up airplane mode, I tried connecting in the log in screen but it didn't work either. I cant factory reset it either, it wont let me .

WinKey + R and type    cmd.exe  pause

then type      getmac

copy and pate the results please.
