If you are asking whether the computer has a WWAN mobile broadband module,
The answer is : The module is an OPTION -- it does not come pre-installed on every computer in this series.

Both a the correct SIM card and an installed WWAN module are required to provide cellular service with a supported provider in your region.
The SIM card, when tied to a provider's mobile network account, allows you to use that carrier's network.
