Product: HP ZBook Studio x360 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After attache NXP NFC NPC300 Proximity module to device , it is not apper in Device List and in BIOS settings.

About one hour with hp support using live chat , no body help can give real answer 

Support forward me to spare parts , 

Spare parts said it will work but we cant confirm , the need me buy the same module for third time 

i bought 2 NFC module untill now no one working 

 

HP where is your real help . Why through me from department to department
