Hello guys, my laptop product number is J9M61UA. According to the support page, my laptop needs Broadcom Bluetooth Driver(s) and Software(s) (SP68507, or SP69355). However, I couldn't install either of them. The errors said that the Bluetooth Device wasn't connected, which is not true because Bluetooth is still working to some extends (I can connect to my mobile phone via bluetooth, but unable to connect to my wireless headset).
The hardware ID of Bluetooth Peripheral Device is
BTHENUM\{0000feb9-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&000100c4_PID&13a1
BTHENUM\{0000feb9-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&005d
PS: Things I have tried: Install Intel Bluetooth Driver, not working.
Search for similar hardware ID, not finding anything.

Hi, @Die_Jonquille
According to the parts list for your notebook, it has the Realtek RT8723BE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

If that is correct, then you need to install the Realtek bluetooth driver, not the Broadcom one.
You can confirm what model wifi card your notebook has by going to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
It it is the Realtek wifi adapter, here is the latest W7 driver for it...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models that are running a supported operating system.
