Hi

To change the WLAN adapter is not easy, you may need to add an internal antenna from any new adapter upto the rear of the display.

There are restrictions and possibilities that MAY be supported by your system are...

WLAN module:
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter (non vPRO)  784644-005
Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi Adapter  792609-005

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter  792610-005
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter  806723-005

Hi,

Thank you so much for the answer. But can you tell me the procedure of adding a new internal antenna? If not possible then can I use this WLAN -> "Intel Wireless N7265  , 2.4 ghz"

Hi

Step 1 is to look to see if there is 1 or 2 antenna cables installed.

Step 2 consider whether the existing antenna could be fitted to the 5.0 Ghz only.

I have never installed an antenna cable so I cannot say.

I have -  Network Card  Installed  : Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn

Wi-Fi Adapter  Connection Name: WiFi   DHCP Enabled:    Yes
