Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I purchase HP Pavilion 15-e061so AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics in Ghana.

After a week, network adapter and wifi disappeared in windows 11. After a fresh clean install I still don't see the network adapter to connect to wifi, could anyone provide a link to the device-driver based on the above info.?

Your help is truly appreciated.

Thank You

If the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Find the Network Controller device and post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

There is one model Wi-Fi adapter that I know of that will not work on the newer builds of W10 or W11, and that is a Ralink Wi-Fi card, which doesn't even show up in the device manager many times.

If you need to replace the card, upgrade it to this model which is dual band and has Bluetooth:

I checked the device manager and saw that my pc uses Ralink RT3290 802.11 bgn Wi-fi Adapter. I tried to update it and got the feedback ''The best drivers for your device are already installed'' so what do I do now?

You replace it with the Wi-fi card I recommended, or you can buy a USB wifi adapter, because getting the Ralink card to work is not an option.

As Paul_Tikkanen said, you'd better just buy a USB WiFi Adapter, because Ralink itself never updates their drivers for Windows.
