This reputable 3rd party driver website has the drivers you need for your notebook:

Thanks for responding. Albeit the link contains only 3/4 drivers as the laptop model is more than 10 years old.

I actually found a W7 driver page for the CQ41-207TU notebook which has survived being deleted by HP thus far:

 

Compaq Presario CQ41-207TU Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

 

You can use all of the drivers and software from this model on yours too.
