Hi,

Upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10 was a huge mistake. Your laptop was designed for Windows 7 with all the drivers available. Windows 10 was designed for new hardware and after the upgrade all hardware works only with basic Microsoft drivers from the operating system or doesn't work at all. The best way here is to open the wifi/memory cover and look what wireless card it is. Then download the right drivers from the manufacturer website if available.
