Hi, everyone! I need some help with a Windows 7 driver for a HP Laptop, the model is 15-da0040nq. On the official HP drivers page, I could find Windows 10 supported drivers only. Does anyone have a link to the Windows 7 supported drivers, please? Thank you in advance!

Hi:
You will not find W7 drivers for the graphics since none were developed and the USB3 ports probably have no drivers either.
You can try this Windows 7 Wi-Fi driver for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi card the specs indicate the PC came with.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96873.exe
You may find that even if the driver installs the Wi-Fi will be disabled in W7.
If it is, you can try this workaround for the RTL8723DE Wi-Fi card.
I recommend that you reinstall W10 because what use is the notebook if hardly any of the major components will work on W7?

Thank you for your answer! I will try to install them. The only reason I had to install Windows 7 was because the previous Windows 10 that this person had (it is not my laptop) had so many issues that I couldn't reinstall Windows 10. So I decided to install Windows 7 first and then upgrade back to Windows 10, but I forgot how silly Windows 7 is and that it requires a lot of manual fixes and driver installs. Thank you again!

You're very welcome.
Yes, I see you have a problem because the notebook didn't come with W10 from HP, only FreeDOS, so you need to install W7 with a legitimate product key and then upgrade to W10.
Worst case scenario, you can connect via ethernet or use a USB Wi-Fi adapter that has support for W7.
If the ethernet driver is missing, this one should work:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91001-91500/sp91410.exe
You have to have lots of tools in your toolkit when you are working with old operating systems on newer hardware.
