How do I turn on Network Access Protection in Windows 8?

I understand you need to enable the network access protection feature in windows 8.
Steps Below:
1. On the Windows apps screen type out services.
2. Over the right click on settings
3. On the left side click on view local services.
4. The PC will put you back on the generic desktop and you will see box.
5. On the right side scroll down, the listings are in alphabetical order so just head to N section and should see it.
Please respond at your earliest convenience.
