Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, so i am having a problem with my Broadcom 802.11n Network adapter in my hp stream notebook pc 11 (product id:00266-70346-45336-AAOEM). I cant connect to any wifi network because it is not working. Everytime ill try to update, it will say it cannot start (code 10). i tried installing another network adapter but it is still not working. Please help me fix this
