Network Adapter disconnects when bluetooth devices devices are connected to laptop

HP Recommended
HP 15s
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and VITAL Bluetooth keyboard and when I connect them to the laptop it disconnects my wireless internet. I have also added a USB external webcam (Nexigo Full HD) and when I have all three devices connected it also disconnects me from the internet and stops the network adapters from working.  No other devices are having similar problems when connected to our wireless network, nor does  my laptop have any issues when the external devices are not connected.  I am connected to a Zyxel wireless access point.  I have to use the troubleshooting options 10-15 times a day to reset the network adapters, does anyone have any advice?

Please perform these steps:

  • Right-Click on the start button> click device manager> Network adapters>then select the wireless adapter drivers and uninstall them completely. Also, delete the software for the device.
  • Then restart the computer and install the latest bios, chipset, and Wi-Fi drivers from the and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Then check if this does the trick for you.
  • If not try the mouse on a different computer or try a different Bluetooth device on this computer and check if the disconnections happen?

If it does then you could actually replace the mouse and that should do the trick for you. Please keep me posted.

The product specifications of the computer suggest a combo Bluetooth and wireless ca
