Network Adapter "cannot start"

HP Recommended
HP Envy x360 15ds100 wifi 6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly my wifi stopped working. I've tried everything from reseting some stuff in the command prompt to uninstalling the drivers but I can't install new ones because it can't even start. I am at my wits end. Neither the wifi or blutooth works. Nothing even shows up in the network adapter folder. It just has an exclamation mark next to it in device manager

It was disabled in the bios! I changed the boot order to put the adapter first.
