You're very welcome, Naga.
Here are the links to the drivers you need...
Network Controller
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188CE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models and operating systems.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53501-54000/sp53753.exe
PCI Device
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52186.exe
PCI Simple Communications Controller
This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52353.exe
As I posted earlier, the WD SES Device USB Device is your portable hard drive.
It should not need any drivers. I suggest unplugging it and re-plugging it.
Did you install the Intel chipset installation utility for your model? If not, you should and restart the PC afterward.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.

Hi:
Please post the full model number or product number of your HP 2000. There are hundreds of model variations of the HP 2000 series.
The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller, as there can be one of several different model wifi cards HP could have installed in your notebook.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID...
https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/
If you know your model number's support page, the driver you need for the PCI device, is the Realtek card reader driver found under the storage drivers section.
The PCI Simple Communications controller needs the Intel Management Engine Interface driver found under the chipset driver section.
The WD SES USB device must be a portable hard drive or some Western Digital device for which you will have to get the driver from the manufacturer's website.

Hi Paul,
I have one more question regarding merging of Drive Spaces.
(i.e) Logical Drive and Primary Drive(Not C Drive).
How to merge Logical and Primary Drive?
Please suggest me some solution.
