Product: HP Notebook - 15-ba052wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop says that the network controller doesn't have a driver and that it can't find wireless devices in this PC. When I go to device manager an exclamation mark comes out under other devices in network controller. It says that the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). Can someone please help me solve this problem , thank you for your time.

Hi,

 

Your machine comes with Windows 10  , Did you try to downgrade and then upgrade it again ? {;ease use the following driver for Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN:

 

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77548.exe

 

You may also need Bluetooth:

 

   Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers
