Product: HP ZBook Firefly 15 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC

Hello,

 

I have two HP ZBook Firefly 15 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC and they both are having the same problem. The network drives are often disconnecting and only return after logging out and logging back in or restarting. Also, when trying to use a VM on the network they disconnect and take a while to reconnect. The people that are using them say that they hear a clicking noise when this happens. 

 

I ran the troubleshooter for the network adapters but it didn't seem to find anything wrong with them. I was wondering if this has to do with a faulty network card or if there is some sort of software problem.

 

Any help would be great. If there is any other information that would help I will do my best to get it. Thank you.
