Product: HP Stream 11 (11-ah117wm)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Last night there were no problems. 10 minutes later not able to connect to internet. went into device manager, and there is no network adapter listed. 

 

Been on chat off and on all day, with no results.

 

laptop is running windows 10 s mode, so no way to install updated drivers from flashdrive. 

 

waiting for it to factory reset now

 

In order to download drivers from manufacturers website for wireless network adapter, I need to know what brand adapter is in the thing, I cant find any other information other than 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo

any Ideas how to find the brand name or to even fix this problem?
