Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F53AV)

I can’t log into Wi-Fi because it says I have no network adapter. It was working this morning. So apparently I had one this morning! How do I get it back?

You can roll back the driver:

 

Use this guide and roll back your (Intel or Realtek) wireless device driver below the <Network adapters>
